Hiya! I'm Aya, or Ayermite. I'm a Filipino-Candian artist. Since I was young, I often looked for any opportunity to express myself creatively through writing and drawing. Creating and developing my own fictional worlds has been an ever-evolving hobby of mine.
My favourite things to draw have always been my original characters, and characters made by others. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the joy on my friends' faces when I draw their OCs. I'm proud to say that some of my best works feature them in my portfolio!

Would absolutely have a cat if I was not allergic to most pets.
Staple tools include my trusty Wacom Intuos and Clip Studio Paint.

General
✦ Baseline quotes are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subjected to change based on demand and improvement.
✦ Quotes may be adjusted during proposal based on scope of project. Clients will be communicated clearly through this process.
✦ I have the right to reject or cancel and refund (if applicable) any commission.
✦ For a smooth commissioning process, ensure that references and any directions are clear.
Revisions
✦ Unlimited revisions for sketches.
✦ 4 allowed revisions for lineart and colouring (unless stated otherwise).
✦ Extra revisions for previously approved changes are subject to additional compensation.
Process and Delivery
✦ Delivery time: 7 to 45 days.
✦ Complicated designs incur extra compensation, unless it is agreed upon that I can simplify them.
✦ Digital deliverables offerred:
1. One coloured background or the completed commission.
2. One transparent background or the main focus of the commission on its own.
✦ Please disclose if you require a certain resolution (i.e. wallpapers) during the proposal process.
✦ Rush orders: +50% on top of base rates for deadlines under 45 days. Commissions will be rejected if it cannot be feasibly completed.
Payment
✦ Unless agreed upon otherwise, payment is done:
1. 100% upfront.
2. 50% upfront and 50% after approved sketch.
✦ Payment can be done through Ko-fi, VGen, or through another method.
✦ All forms of payment must fully go through their respective platforms.
Cancellation and Refunds
✦ Full refunds are not granted once I start a commission.
✦ You receive a full refund if:
1. You cancel the order before it is started; or,
2. I am unable to start on the commission for any reason.
✦ Cancellation during a commission: 50% payment refunded.
✦ Refunds are not granted if a commission is 90-100% done.
✦ For all refunded commissions, you will receive the product as is—unless it is a sketch.
Copyright, Personal and Commercial Usage
✦ As the artist:
✦ I retain all copyrights over the artwork created.
✦ I reserve the right to post the commission artwork on any platform or in any publications for showcase.
✦ I will not retain any IPs related to the commission artwork (i.e. OCs, fandom, etc.).
✦ You, as the commissioner:
✦ Retain any IPs related to you.
✦ Can upload the artwork to any online platform with credit.
✦ Can alter the artwork so long as the signature is not removed (pfp or icon use is fine!).
✦ May not claim the artwork as your own.
✦ Personal commissions may NOT be used for commercial purposes.
✦ Commerical usage or full buyouts are to be discussed with the artist on a case-by-case basis.
✦ Using the artwork for AI training or for NFTs is strictly prohibited.
